Bland Farms® Vidalia® Sweet Onion and Peach Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds peaches, diced with skin
  • 1 Large Bland Farms Vidalia or Premium Sweet Onion, finely diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper or to taste

Preparation:

  1. Fold everything together until well mixed and enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips or serve with fish or pork.
