Grilled Bland Farms® Premium Sweet Onion & Peach Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 Bland Farm Premium Sweet Onion or Bland Farms Vidalia® Sweet Onion, sliced into 1/2 inch rings
- 1 peach, sliced
- 6 ounces. baby spinach
- ¼ cup goat cheese, crumbled
- Vinaigrette salad dressing, amount as desired
Method:
- Set the EGG for direct cooking without the convEGGtor at 375°F/191°C; add the Dual-sided Cast Iron Plancha Griddle to the EGG to preheat.
- Brush the sliced onions with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the onion slices and peach until tender, about 7-8 minutes per side.
- Remove the peaches and onions from the EGG and toss with the baby spinach.
- Top with goat cheese and drizzle with your favorite vinaigrette salad dressing.
