Goes Great with
BC’s Sautéed Onion Medley
Ingredients:
- 1 Stick Unsalted Butter
- 9 oz. Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
- 2 Large Vidalia Sweet Onions, peeled and sliced into rings
- 2 tsp Vidalia Brands Special Blend Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced into strips
- ¼ cup Dry White Wine
- ½ tsp Soy Sauce
Preparation:
- In Billy’s own words, grab your favorite cooking pan and put it over a low medium flame.
- Once heated, melt butter and drop in mushrooms.
- Move ’em around for a little bit, then drop in onions.
- Start adding Vidalia Brands Special Blend Seasoning, add rice wine vinegar.
- Mix around for a while, enjoy a cocktail!
- Put in the peppers, put in the garlic, mix around with spatula occasionally.
- When nearing the end of cooking, add white wine.
- Finish simmering til desired consistency.
- Add soy sauce and another mix with spatula, time to enjoy with most anything!
