Goes Great with
Southern Grilled Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch thick asparagus
- 1 Vidalia onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 orange bell peppers
- 4 ears of corn
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of Vidalia Brands Special Blend Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of Vidalia Brands French Onion Seasoning
Preparation:
- Prepare the grill with clean grates and preheat to medium heat, 350 to 450 degrees F.
- Shuck corn. Trim ends of onion, slice into 1/3” slices. Wash peppers, leave whole. Trim ends of asparagus.
- Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with seasonings. Grill the vegetables with the lid
closed until tender and lightly charred all over, about 8-10 minutes for the corn, bell peppers, and onion
and 5-7 minutes for the asparagus. - Serve warm or room temperature. Enjoy!
