BC’s Sautéed Onion Medley


  • 1 Stick Unsalted Butter
  • 9 oz. Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
  • 2 Large Vidalia Sweet Onions, peeled and sliced into rings
  • 2 tsp Vidalia Brands Special Blend Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced into strips
  • ¼ cup Dry White Wine
  • ½ tsp Soy Sauce


  1. In Billy’s own words, grab your favorite cooking pan and put it over a low medium flame.
  2. Once heated, melt butter and drop in mushrooms.
  3. Move ’em around for a little bit, then drop in onions.
  4. Start adding Vidalia Brands Special Blend Seasoning, add rice wine vinegar.
  5. Mix around for a while, enjoy a cocktail!
  6. Put in the peppers, put in the garlic, mix around with spatula occasionally.
  7. When nearing the end of cooking, add white wine.
  8. Finish simmering til desired consistency.
  9. Add soy sauce and another mix with spatula, time to enjoy with most anything!
