Southern Grilled Vegetables


  • 1 bunch thick asparagus
  • 1 Vidalia onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 orange bell peppers
  • 4 ears of corn
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Vidalia Brands Special Blend Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of Vidalia Brands French Onion Seasoning


  1. Prepare the grill with clean grates and preheat to medium heat, 350 to 450 degrees F.
  2. Shuck corn. Trim ends of onion, slice into 1/3” slices. Wash peppers, leave whole. Trim ends of asparagus.
  3. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with seasonings. Grill the vegetables with the lid
    closed until tender and lightly charred all over, about 8-10 minutes for the corn, bell peppers, and onion
    and 5-7 minutes for the asparagus.
  4. Serve warm or room temperature. Enjoy!
