Should we exercise this right, we will not be liable to you or any third party. Any new features that enlarge or improve the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms.

As a user of this site, you agree to be responsible, from time to time, to review this site and these Terms, and to familiarize yourself with any changes or modifications. If you continue to use this site after such modifications, you agree to the modified Terms and agree to be bound and abide by the modified Terms.

These Terms along with any other terms of use on this Site, form a Legally Binding AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BLAND FARMS.

Rules of Conduct

You must be 13 years of age or older in order to use this Site. IF YOU ARE NOT 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER DO NOT USE THIS SITE. It is our policy not to solicit or post any information from users under 13 years old without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. e. harasses, degrades, victimizes, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, or disability. constitutes unauthorized  or unsolicited advertising, spam email, chain letters, any other type of unauthorized solicitation, or any type of lottery or gambling;

g. impersonates any individual or entity, including any of our employees or representatives. contains viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are created or intended to damage, , limit, or disrupt the functioning of any hardware, software, or telecommunications equipment or to harm or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party; or

i. disparages in any manner Bland Farms or its products and services, including, but not limited to, this Site.

We do not assume any liability for the contents of any material submitted or uploaded by third party users of the site. We and our agents have the sole right and the sole discretion to remove any content that, in our judgment, does not comply with these Terms and any other rules of user conduct for our site, or is otherwise objectionable, harmful, or inaccurate. We are not liable nor shall we be responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. You consent to such removal and waive any claim against us arising out of such removal of content.

It is Bland Farm's policy NOT TO ACCEPT any unsolicited suggestions for product uses, new product ideas, improvements, marketing ideas, or recipes from outside the Company. We may already be working on a similar idea, and this policy eliminates potential conflicts regarding ownership of the concept.

Nonetheless, any ideas including stories, remarks, suggestions, ideas, recipes, graphics or any other information ("Submission"), excluding Personal Information (as defined in our Privacy Policy), that you communicate via this Site or any other medium become the property of Bland Farms, without compensation, for exclusive use at Bland Farm's sole and unlimited discretion. By submitting the Submission and using this website, you grant Bland Farms the non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to reproduce, use, copy, display, publish, distribute, translate, perform, adapt, modify, and otherwise exploit the Submission, as well as incorporate them in other works in any and all markets and media worldwide in perpetuity. In addition, You hereby assign and grant to Bland Farms in perpetuity all rights of every kind whatsoever in perpetuity in and to the Submission provided to Bland Farms hereunder, including, but not limited to, the worldwide, royalty-free right to encode, publicly distribute, store, exhibit, perform, transmit, license, display, copy, broadcast, and market the Submission and other information, except for personal information as detailed in our Privacy Policy, provided by the you, in any media now known or hereinafter devised, including but not limited to the Internet and print publication, You also hereby assign and grant to Bland Farms in perpetuity all rights of every kind whatsoever in perpetuity in and to the Submission provided to Bland Farms hereunder, including, but not limited to, the worldwide, royalty-free right to distribute the Submission to third party sites, in whole or in part through the Internet without compensation. Not limiting the foregoing, Bland Farms shall have the right, at its sole discretion, (i) to maintain copies of the Submission to be made available for use and access by Bland Farms, at any time Bland Farms shall also have the right to edit any part of the Submission, at its discretion. Notwithstanding, you acknowledge that Bland Farms has the right but not the obligation to use, display or include any Submission and that Bland Farms at any time and in their sole discretion may cease the display or use of any information pertaining to a particular Submission (or any portion thereof).

You further agree to waive any and all rights that you may have, or may have had against Bland Farms or any of its agents, affiliates, employees or shareholders in connection with or arising out of the Submission and further covenant not to pursue any claim, action or proceeding of any kind or nature whatsoever against Bland Farms or any of its agents, employees affiliates, or shareholders in connection with, or arising out of, the Submission. Limitation of Liability

Your use of this Site is at your sole risk.
